My digital reflection for my CTI cycle 6, year 2.
Why do I teach?
I had a wonderful school life. I loved going to school, and learning. I had great teachers, who were committed to our education. I enjoyed so much my school life, that I wanted to make others in the same way. Active learning, project based learning and collaborative work are the strategies that allow me to support my students to achieve their goals.
I have teach for many, many years, but this last two years have gave me the opportunity to review my commitment as a teacher in the Hispanic community. Teaching English learners and Spanish learners gave me a new challenge in my carrier. My coach was assertive and very empathetic with the challenges I was facing, I am very grateful to Ms.Aguilera.
